Do you do laboratory grown stones?

We do! We have a selection of jewellery featuring laboratory-grown diamonds and gemstones. Most of our pieces are made with natural stones, but if you’d prefer a laboratory-grown option, we can source and set one specially for you.

Do you offer finance?

As a small, family run business we do not offer finance. However, we do provide the option to leave a deposit on any item and pay in instalments until the full amount has been paid.

Can you put a battery in any watch?

Yes, we fit batteries to any brand of watch and we use the best batteries available. If you require your watch to be sealed (waterproof and tested) we can provide this service too.

What if the ring I like doesn't fit?

We offer a complimentary resize on any ring in the shop. Our skilled and experienced workshop will resize as required on a quick turnaround.

Do you do custom jewellery design services?

Yes, we offer custom jewellery design services of all types. Our experienced jewellers can work with you to create a unique piece of jewellery tailored to your specific preferences.

Do you provide engraving?

Yes, we offer engraving services on suitable items such as rings, watches, or gifts. Pricing will be dependant on the amount of engraving required.

Can you cut off rings?

Yes, we offer a free service where we will safely cut off rings. We will preserve the ring as much as possible and will be able to repair the ring when you are ready.
